1. Service Description

strategIA is a strategic uncertainty assessment platform that uses AI-augmented evaluation to stress-test strategic initiatives with proprietary uncertainty scoring and AI-powered multi-perspective analysis.

The platform is available in paid tiers: Founder (individual assessment), Professional (team assessment with adversarial stress-testing), and Enterprise (custom integrations, API access, SLA).

2. Epistemological Disclaimer

This section is foundational to honest use of the platform. Please read it carefully.

• strategIA quantifies uncertainty — it does not predict outcomes. The uncertainty score measures the degree of misalignment and ambiguity within your strategic context, not the probability that a strategy will succeed or fail.
• Assessment scores reflect stakeholder alignment, not objective truth. A high uncertainty score means your initiative is operating in uncertain terrain — it says nothing definitive about the quality of the initiative itself.
• AI analysis is adversarial by design. The platform is built to surface blind spots and stress-test assumptions, not to validate or endorse your strategy.
• Results should inform decisions, not replace human judgment. The platform is a thinking tool. Final strategic decisions remain the responsibility of the humans and organizations using it.

3. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and good-faith information about your organization and strategic initiatives. Intentionally misleading inputs will degrade the quality of analysis you receive.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Use the platform for legitimate strategic assessment purposes and not for any unlawful, deceptive, or harmful activity.
• If you are adding team members to your organization, ensure they are authorized to access the relevant strategic information.

4. Intellectual Property

• The strategIA Method, including the multi-perspective assessment framework, uncertainty scoring methodology (sUI), divergence detection algorithms, adversarial stress-testing patterns, industry weight calibrations, and the specific dimension definitions within each perspective, are proprietary intellectual property of strategIA Platform. Use of the platform does not grant any license to the underlying methodology, algorithms, or processes.
• Reverse engineering prohibited — systematic extraction, reproduction, decompilation, or commercialization of the strategIA Method, scoring formulas, assessment models, analytical frameworks, prompt engineering templates, or platform design without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
• Assessment data (your initiative inputs, descriptions, and organization context) remains the property of your organization.
• AI-generated content (analysis, adversarial stress-test responses, synthesis reports) is provided under a non-exclusive license for your organization's internal use. It may not be republished as the independent work of an AI system.
• Intelligence reports are licensed for the purchaser's internal use only. Redistribution, republication, or resale is prohibited. Each report is watermarked with the purchaser's identity.

5. Limitation of Liability

• strategIA provides analytical tools and structured thinking frameworks, not strategic advice or consulting services.
• We are not liable for business decisions, investments, or actions taken based on platform outputs, including uncertainty scores, AI analysis, or adversarial assessments.
• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months immediately preceding the claim.

6. Service Availability

• We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform.
• Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated at least 24 hours in advance where operationally feasible.
• Force majeure events — including infrastructure outages, third-party AI provider disruptions, or network failures beyond our control — may affect platform availability without liability to strategIA.

7. Changes to Terms

• We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated with at least 30 days notice via email or in-platform notification.
• Continued use of the platform after the effective date of updated terms constitutes your acceptance of those terms.
• If you do not agree with updated terms, you may terminate your account before the effective date without penalty.
